This pillow is just what I needed
I have pretty significant GERD and need to elevate my head while sleeping. But I also needed something that, while supportive, also had a lot of resilience to keep me comfortable as I changed positions during sleep. This shredded latex pillow answers both needs so well. I was easily able to adjust the amount of filling to “just right” for me. So happy to be sleeping so much better!

I continue to be thrilled with my Flobed VZone king bed! We purchased our King size bed in 2008 and this past year I noticed some cupping on the mattress that was causing sleep issues. I called Flobeds to see if I could resolve the problem. I was able to purchase a new V-zone layer for both sides of the bed at a discount. Customer service was so helpful and it was a huge relief to me to be able to fix our bed with only having to buy a component instead of the typical action of having to purchase an entirely new bed. In 50 years of marriage I’ve never had a bed last like this or have such an awesome warranty.
Quality product; stellar customer service
I first bought a Flobeds mattress over 20 years ago after an extensive online search for a quality product that I was going to spend 1/3 of my remaining life on. After 20 years sleeping on it 365 I can say it was worth every penny I spent on it. The cloth case is still in perfect shape with no pulled stitches or noticeable wear and the base latex still has like-new resilience. However, the egg crate topper finally needed replacing, so I contacted Flobeds in the hope they could still service their product over 20 years later. To my surprise they still had a record of my original order on file and could immediately send a replacement topper! This level of customer service is unheard of today! Yes, the mattress is pricey compared to the "mattress warehouse" cheapies, but I've never regretted getting more than 20 years of good sleep on a Flobeds quality product. I'm delighted with the quality and I can highly recommend them for continuing to service their product.

We purchased a split dual king vzone mattress almost 10 years ago and had noticed it was not performing the same as new. After verifying that some of the vzone sections had become overly compressed the company replaced them under warranty at the reduced rate. We remain happy customers!

This mattress is, without doubt, the most comfortable bed I've ever encountered. The V-zone allows for 'micro' adjustments to allow for individual body needs. One of the advantages over other latex mattresses, is the top of the cover being made from knit cotton - it allows you to still feel that lovely cushion of the talalay, whereas a cover of woven cotton puts a barrier between the mattress and yourself. We had some concern about our ability, physically, to put it together, but took frequent breaks and managed just fine. Not too bad for folks in their 80’s. We are very happy with this mattress.

I ordered a second layer
I ordered a second layer of the Xtra long twin mattress and deeper cover that fits two layers. For adults I had an Xtra long twin bed with three layers and I had a single xtra long twin layer stored under the bed for a 9 yr grand. Now I can mix and match to my needs. When my two teen age grands stay over they can each have a two layer mattress. One sleeps on the bed and the other on the floor. And the floor one tucks neatly under the twin bed and out of the way when not needed.

We LOVE our new FloBed mattress and topper! Not only is it comfy and supportive, but the concept of being able to replace components of it as needed in the future, rather than the whole thing, is a brilliant concept and really puts it over the top for us! We had a 10 year old PranaSleep Wahe Talalay Latex mattress that literally disintegrated over a couple of months AND it was 3 months past its warranty period so we had to replace the WHOLE thing. (Note: We paid $10k for it back then). We were sleeping terribly on our old mattress and figured out when we slept better on vacation at an AirBnB that it was in fact our mattress that was the problem. We were agonizing over what to pick that wouldn’t break the bank, or our backs. , and that hopefully we wouldn’t have to replace any time soon. After doing copious amounts of online searching and using ChatGPT to help us we came across FloBeds. WOW!!! What a fantastic bit of luck that was for us. Your Goldilock Guarantee is equally brilliant, particularly for the purchase of something like this online that we hadn’t been able to “experience” in a showroom. Our bed was ordered and delivered within a week and a half and surprisingly it was easy and fun to assemble. My husband's side was designed for firm and mine for soft; however mine needed one step softer. I sent an email to Dewey requesting a couple of the sections be swapped for plush which he replied to with a new order. There was no cost and my new pieces showed up in a couple of days. Very happy with our purchase and with the service we experienced.

This is the best mattress I’ve ever owned! The customer service is impeccable. If you love sleeping on clouds, this is your new bed. Buyers beware of other mattress companies who sell Dunlop mattress for a cheaper price. Read everything on FloBeds website - it’s true, Dunlop latex is the Dollar General version of latex. Talalay latex is far superior to Dunlop latex and thank goodness FloBeds figured this out a long time ago! Thank you FloBeds for the best nights sleep in years!

My Nighttime Magic Carpet
At 72, with serious health issues, I hurt. Sleepless nights due to pressure on my body and generalized pain have just been a part of life. Over the past year, I have tried 4 other mattresses, all top of the line; none helped. I spoke with a friend about it on the phone, and he recommended FloBeds. I almost didn’t order due to price and worries about assembling the components. After thinking hard, I took the risk. Assembling was a touch challenging. . (I am an old lady, you know) but I got through it without much difficulty. Only 2 nights later, I am sleeping very, very well. The pain I was feeling from pressure is no longer a part of my nights. Comfort…. oh yes! Support…couldn’t be better! No other bed has given me what this FloBed mattress does, which is a good, supportive, pain free night. It works so nicely with my adjustable base (no big lump at the fold when I raise the head of the bed). For some reason I don’t slide down to the bottom of the bed like I did with other mattresses. There is some special magic in FloBed mattresses, and I am blessed to have discovered it!
Pain free sleeping
I requested a special order sized to fit our window seat in our family game room. It's a comfy place to curl up with a good book or watch others as they play video games. Our 2 cats especially enjoy sitting and sunning themselves in the afternoon. You can see RB lounging on the latex pillow in the window seat. As a bonus, the latex mattress serves as a most convenient kids bed for our grandson and nephew when they stay over and adults are in our guest rooms. On more than one occasion more book reading has turned into an afternoon nap. I can't Flo Beds enough for their many products that I bought over the past few years. Our king, guest queen and custom XL twin mattress and beds. Plus pillows and another mattress stored under the twin bed for that extra family visitor sleeping on the floor.

The best and only latex bed you’ll ever need
This is our second 100% latex mattress with a short (bad) stint on a coil+latex in between. We truly couldn’t be more pleased with our Flobed. I spent many hours every many months reviewing and comparing the latex bed market and while I admit was a little anxious about ordering online sight unseen, both my husband and I are four the first time in decades sleeping well again. Great system, love the swappable layers (we’ve had to make no changes in the 3 weeks we’ve had it). No - like none - offgassing or smells. We slept on it hours later with no smells coming off it. Total Fan of Flo Beds
I am a total fan of Flo Beds. I have the very best shredded latex pillows. They are adjustable so I can have a couple very stuffed for my arm to rest on as well as one that is lower with some of the stuffing removed adjusted for laying my head on. I also completely love the wool mattress pad. It is cool yet warm at the same time. It is very plush. I literally have purchased I believe possibly 8 pillows overall and 3 mattress protectors for various beds. I had a guest sleep on my bed and they said it was the most comfortable bed they had slept on in a long time and I attributed that to the wool mattress protector.

My husband and I have had the v-zone mattress for two months and absolutely love it! When we met, I had another brand’s latex mattress, but it was too soft for my husband. I thought I’d never have the comfort of sleeping on natural latex again, until discovering Flobeds’ v-zone mattress. The shredded latex pillows are amazing!!! We bought 2 then ended up taking half the filling out of each... we really like our pillows low... so if I were to do it again I'd probably just buy 1 pillow and transfer half the contents to another pillowcase, to make 2 pillows and save some money that way. But I can't complain because the cost of two pillows on sale was less than what I would've paid for ONE here where I live!

Perfect pillow. High loft. Breathable. Washable. Had one fiftern years ago and never had troubles like the cheapy pillows that give you tossing all night to get comfortable! Try the matterous too. It is a dream. I own latex matterouses too. Two queens. It does not need replacing like these 5 year companies do. Invest in your sleep! I bought four pillows this summer for my new home. Pillows mold to fit neck and shoulders
I had purchased the King size regular latex pillows a few years ago. They are quite heavy but perfect to raise the head area of bed enough to prevent nightime acid reflux. I used my low fill feather pillow on top of it. I needed to replace my 20 yr old feather pillow which was wearing out so this time I ordered the "double shredded" latex. I also ordered 2 standard cases. I divided the king pillow into the 2 standard cases. Its a noticeably less weighty latex and can lead to quite the mess when transferring. The included instructions on how to remove and adjust the shredded latex fill proved valuable!! I am quite happy with the results. My head remains slightly elevated with the larger, denser latex king pillow and the lighter weight, lesser filled standard pillow adjusts easily as I turn side to side during sleep. I have an injured shoulder and slipping my arm under these 2 latex pillows (and using my Flobed mattress system) works SO MUCH BETTER than the fancy wedge pillow system I tried a few years back.

Needed something to add some more softness back into my bed, and the 4” bed topper was exactly that. It is incredibly comfortable, well made, and arrived promptly. When my wife and I need a new bed I will absolutely be looking to buy one from Flos.

I'm a foot shorter than
I'm a foot shorter than my husband which has lead to a lot of uncomfortable mattresses. I love the softest mattress possible while he would be happy sleeping on the floor. We usually settle on a medium firmness but then we're both unhappy. I was shocked to see that Flobeds allows for a split queen mattress and had me wondering why all mattress brands don't offer this. We've had our Flobed mattress vZone for about a month now and it is by far the best mattress we've owned. We followed the website's "Firmness Advisor" recommendation based on our sizes and haven't felt the need to adjust anything. Shipping and set up were a breeze. Plus the mattress layers smell like pancakes! (the pancake smell disappeared as soon as we put our sheets on). I would recommend this mattress brand in a heartbeat!

I like my new bed. However it was a bit too hard so I placed my 2" memory foam topper on top and now it's perfect. The wooden base might be a tad higher now than I wanted, but it may work. Thanks, Gail
Excellent mattress topper
The talalay topper came within 4 (!) days, and is absolutely one of the best personal care items I've purchased. Does it take care of all my aches and pains? No. But it certainly greatly diminishes them - pinched nerves are not going to be relieved entirely by outside influences, but pressure points are no longer a problem, and the whole 'floating on a cloud' sense is really true. There's a kind of gentle hug while lying down that really does promote much better sleep. When I'm ready to replace the 15-year-old natural foam mattress that sits under this topper, I will definitely be heading to Flobeds.

I ordered this pillow because I don’t like pillows that contour to the head and neck. I like latex pillow that is firm and dense enough. This pillow comes close. Just wish it were a little larger, thicky. It is a little thin but my old pillow is old and had to be replaced.
Flobed forever
I love my flobed and appreciate that I could repair it for another many years of sweet sleep. It took a bit, but I received the topper I needed to restore my flobed to its intended comfort.
Queen High Loft Pillow is Just Right!
I looked at about 10 other pillows before finding the Flo Beds Queen High Loft Pillow. The latex pillow I bought and loved 15 years earlier was no longer being made. I have permanent neck damage due to being rear ended in an auto accident, and the pillow I use is very important to me. Flo Beds pillow is just the support I was looking for. It's firm enough to support my neck and head with enough soft 'give' to allow me to move my head at night without waking up in pain. My old pillow didn't work with the firm support mattress we just bought. The Flo Beds pillow works perfectly with it. The only complaint I would make is that I had to pay for shipping. I understand that I might have to pay for shipping if I returned the pillow, but I had to pay shipping to even get the pillow here. All of the other pillows I looked at were free shipping to the home.

The sheets are terrific and has made our sleeping better. One small drawback was the come out of dryer really wrinkled. Would buy again.
Service was great except that
Service was great except that the person didn't have much info about the reason the flannel sheets were being discontinued. As for the sheets, the set I bought two years ago were the best I'd ever had; absolutely no pilling. Eventually the fuzz was worn off in the places with the most friction. The new sheets aren't the same quality. They're already starting to pill slightly, and aren't as soft. Maybe you discontinued the sheets because the quality was going down.

Wool Mattress Protector & Shredded Latex Pillow
I'm very happy with the St. Dormeir Wool Mattress Protector. I enjoy that little bit of extra cushion and the cooling properties. The king size Shredded Latex Pillow & Case however is disappointing. You wake with your head in a crater the size of your head. The pillow is so heavy you can't just easily fluff it up again.. Maybe had I gone with a smaller size the extra shredded latex wouldn't have room to pile on the sides..

There was no information in the sample to explain how the different layers are situated or layered to create the full mattress. It is a little confusing! And, how much time in advance would we need to schedule a Saturday appt at your store? We would be coming from the San Joaquin Valley area. Thanks.
Pillow didn’t work out, but love FloBeds
I purchased the lower loft solid latex pillow and, unfortunately, it doesn’t work for me. Regretting not getting the higher loft which would probably be better suited for a side sleeper. It’s always hard to tell based on pics/measurements and me having petite shoulders and neck issues. I do think FloBeds is a great company with stellar customer service and fast shipping. Their latex is top notch and I even love the way they package everything. Love is definitely put into what they do! You see and smell the purity! Pillows are just a hit or miss with any company as it is personal preference. Thank you for the gift of the beautiful mask. Very comfortable!

We have had our king flobed for 16 yrs. Had body prints, so we purchased a new quilted cover and no more sagging. Looks and feels like a new bed. Still love our flobed.

Very comfortable on one side. Had to order a firmer section for the other side. Also don’t like the fact that the edges have no support. Get too close to the edge and it will dump you in the floor. There should be an edge support for this mattress.

Still working on comfort level
Service was fab. Having slept on mattress for a couple of weeks, I need to switch out some of the z cushions as I frequently wake with sore hip and shoulder joints. Don’t use top comfort layer as sheets wouldn’t fit. Don’t use the pillows due to smell and too warm. Husband hasn’t snored yet with this mattress.

The jury is still out. I ordered the washable wool mattress pad and a set of sheets. The mattress pad fit was great. The big test will come after it is washed. The sheets were a big disappointment. I liked the design of the corner straps and the fit seems to be ok. However, the sheets are very thin and come out of the dryer very wrinkled.
Third Time Wasn't The Charm
This was my third FloBed and the first time I was disappointed. Several of the layers arrived with dirt spots which made them look used. The bed is comfortable but what happened to quality control?
Good product, bad financial policy
While FloBeds has a good product and attentive customer service, their financial policies are not good. I expect a company to wait to bill my credit card until the product ships. FloBeds billed my card more than a month before shipment. I returned the mattress, and the owner told me it would be at least 30 days before I received a refund. There is no reason for this delay other than to benefit the seller, who has the use of my money longer.

This was a gift for my husband. He says it is not firm enough for him so he was disappointed.
Convoluted latex did not work for me
The delivery was fast and efficient. However, the convoluted latex was not supportive enough and I had back pain the very first night. So I have not used it since and had to go back to the guest bed that doesn't hurt my back. I don't know if it's because it's too soft, but it did not work for me. My previous latex had gotten impression marks and was starting to hurt my back, so I was looking for a replacement. I got a replacement but it ended up being too firm (from another co), so I thought I would try this. Immediately my back pain returned so unfortunately it's not going to work for me. Not sure what I'm going to do with it now.
Wouldn't buy again
I bought the V-Zone bed thinking I could customize it to my liking. After sleeping on it for a few weeks and trying literally every possible combination, I decided to return the bed. Their customer service was top notch UNTIL I started the return process. They were even great about sending me a different firmness core to see if that would help me find my perfect setup. As far as quality goes, I would rate it a full 5 stars. I feel this is the best quality mattress that money can buy, hands down. The reason I am rating this as 3 stars is because their website says that if you are not completely satisfied, that they will "gladly" refund your money. It took about 3 weeks from the time they received the return to actually issue the refund. I had also emailed them a couple of times asking about the refund since it had been so long and did not get a response back until I emailed the actual owner who promptly replied with a very professional response. I think if they would work the kinks out of the return and be better about communication and maybe a few weeks quicker with a refund, they would be a 5 star operation. Just my honest opinion.
Bed is nice ... option decision tool needs work
I really like our bed ... the options are great. The setup recommended for myself (5'9" 180) were good (xfirm, firm, med) The setup recommended for my wife (5'3" 120) were NOT (way to soft - backache) ... we exchanged one layer for an extra firm ... the soft layer on top was still too soft and we're going to have to buy a MED layer (giving her xfirm, firm, med) if you're heavy ... definitely stick with the solid platform (not the euro which we have)
Payment/Checkout still rough
Navigating the site is fine until you reach check-out. Choosing PayPal is pretty much hit or miss. I can't put my finger on it, but the checkout is glitchy and not 100% intuitive. Tried PayPal three times and failed. Tried two different credit cards and they were repeatedly rejected. Finally, I clicked some random alternate checkout button and proceeded without difficulty. It should not be this hard - especially for a seasoned online shopper (like me).
fine tuning the mattress
while Paul was fine, I feel charging me $10 (while not a large amount) to fine tune the mattress I bought less than 6 months ago is really nit picking and detracts from the positive comments I received from other customers.

I bought a queen size natural talaway laytex with the top layer has the changable parts. it seems to compress after a period of time. Another thing I don't like the zip cover that holds everything together. The bed tends to have the top extend over the bottom. My brother bought sthe same bed and has the same problems.
Great service, not sure about product
We have had our Flobed for around 3 years. We found that after some time the mattress sagged so we got customer service to send a new layer but eventually that sagged too. Lately we have been adding towels under the top layer to accommodate for the sagging that occurs under our hips. This has made the bed tolerable. We hoped that this latex product wouldn't compress over time but it seems to be no different than tempurpedic in this regard. I'm ready to go back to a spring mattress but want to get another year or two out of this bed first. We have bought too many beds over the past 10 years!

I slept good on this bed when I first got it, but lately I have been waking up with a back ache. I'm not sure why it has changed.
Had what I need but slow
I have had a Flowbed air bed for about 10 yrs. We like the bed a lot but there are things that could be improved. The air cells fail about every 3 yrs. The bed could be a little more firm, and there could be a few more settings. Overall the bed is very comfortable but when compared to a sleep number does not get as firm. there are only 9 settings which is usually fine but again compared to the sleep number does not allow as much adjustment. On top on this mattress is much nicer than the sleep number and unlike the sleep number it is breathable enough that you don't need to worry about mold inside the mattress. We have always been able to get the new cells when needed but they sometimes take over a month. That is a long time when you are pumping your bed up 2-3 times a night. I think I would buy from them again but I would shop around first.

Looks like good quality. Feels like good quality. Only time will tell. Unfortunately getting the firmness right can be tricky and costly if you can't get it the first couple times. They say they know what is best. It if they are wrong, you pay for it.
I purchased a pillow that
I purchased a pillow that was recommended for side sleepers because of it's 'extra' height. What I received was a very soft pillow that I sank into. No extra head support at all. I tried it for 3 nights to see if time made any difference. It did not. I tried to return it based on the exaggerated claims on the website. I was very courteously told that pillows could not be returned, but in this case they would make an exception, if I paid the return shipping. The return shipping charge was almost $50 (for a 5# pillow??). I decided to keep the pillow to give it to someone that wanted a very soft latex pillow.

I incorrectly ordered the wrong part for my bed. However I did knave a very detailed note if the specific oart I was looking for from the set of parts. If anybody had actually read the not it should if been obvious I'm messed up and contacted me. Instead I got a $200 wrong part. And the actual one i need is >$550. I'll pass. Tldr: I messed up, with detailed instructions and was not corrected.

The bed arrived on time and was easy enough to assemble, looks very professional all put together. Smells like vanilla a nice scent. I ordered soft for my spilt side of a cal king my husband firm. Today I’m hunting for a thick cotton wool topper as the feel of the latex is not comfortable to me. Maybe a futon topper.
Disappointing for what we paid.
We ordered a split queen for a new adjustable bed. They were very accommodating. The order came on time, was well packaged and the foam is very high quality. The foam core cover is nice and thick with a sturdy zipper. We needed to get a couple of firmer pieces for the V foam section and they were again very easy to work with. So, why only 2 stars? 1) The mattress cover is the only thing that provides lateral stability. Perhaps because of the split queen size, these mattresses are constantly sliding toward the edge of the bed. 2) The 100 day guarantee seems to work fine for the V foam layer but not if you need a firmer full foam layer. My side is too soft. I tried to buy a firmer piece of foam and was told I would have to mail back the piece I was replacing. There is zero point to this because they can’t reuse it. It just discourages people from ordering another piece of foam. This is not disclosed and is misleading. 3) The foam became too soft too quickly and their “guarantee” is kind of misleading. Here is what happened when I tried to order a firmer foam core. Our mattresses are for a split size bed. According to their guarantee, you are supposed to be able to order one replacement foam core for $75. However, if you have a split mattress or just want to order a twin size, you are required to order 2 foam cores for $150. Perhaps this was disclosed before but I do not recall it and was unaware of this requirement. This combined with the “mail it back” requirement make it much cheaper to have a piece of foam custom cut where I live. 4) This is a poor mattress for an adjustable bed. The foam layers buckle and bunch up at the point where the platform bends. The multiple layers of foam, especially the V core layer just don’t work well on an adjustable bed. 5) The mattress is a heat sink. It is way too warm - and it’s only May. This is a great idea, but the execution is just not there.
13 years later
When I first got the flobed back in 2004 I loved it. However, it has not held up well. the mattress has started to oxidize and I had to pay for new cover pad. The mattress has developed a big indentation in the middle. huge disappointment.
Mattress system didn't last long
I bought the system with 3 layers, one which was zones of differing densities. The layers broke down to the point that I was sleeping in a hollow (and I'm not obese) after a year. I ended up replacing the mattress completely after 2 years.
Disappointing retention firmness
My husband and I are about 100 pounds difference. After a couple months, his side of the bed is substantially lower. Owner suspected slats of frane, but that's not issue. I love that this is mattress without chemicals, but foam isn't as sturdy as other options.
Flobeds bulging
My flowbed bulges out on the sides. I sleep on a kingsize bed by myself and have switched sides and it happened on this side also.

Not happy
This pillow has not worked out for me at all. I am a stomach sleeper and sleep on my face. I have had to pull out almost all of the fill, so that the loft is no more than two inches, which leaves me no support at all, resulting in a floppy bag that I’m having to try and find comfort all during the night and I’m a very deep sleeper. My neck aches during the night and is worse when I get up. All I now have is a big bag of very expensive shredded latex, which I have no use for at all. I had high hopes, but very disappointed. Unfortunately. I purchased this with a "no return" policy, or I would return it and get my money back.
Extremely slow
I placed my order on Dec. 6 assuming that would provide more than enough time to fulfill the order and allow it time for transit...all to make it prior to Christmas. As it turned out the order was only processed on Dec. 22 and I ended up having to postpone my travels to receive the shipment on Dec. 28. If the item was back ordered or you anticipated having to take over two weeks to process an order, you should have made that clear before I placed the order.

I wanted to buy a bed, but what this turned out for me was an expensive bad experience. The customer service was good, but the bed didnt work at all for me and I tried very hard for many months to make it work. I changed the V zone dozens of times, bought new cores, changed the slat settings over and over . Nothings worked. I also bought an expensive latex topper which didnt help. For me , your Euroslats are too arched and the blue plastic pieces are too high. And the V zone works only on the middle layer because a soft section will create a separation of the inserts if next too a harder section and I can feel that. so after months and no sleep, I have to do something to try to get some sleep . The staff is very helpful, but I should have just returned the bed during the warranty period instead of trying to make it work.
Travel Pillow
Two years ago, I purchased a king-sized FloBed and four pillows. My wife and I have been extremely happy with our purchase. My pillow is a bit big to take on vacations so my son ordered a queen-sized travel pillow for me last Christmas. Upon the arrival of the travel pillow, he and I were extremely disappointed. The pillow's size is not anywhere close to queen-sized. It is 13'' 10" to be exact with little stuffing in it. It provides absolutely no support. My son contacted the FloBed company and asked what could be done. The representative stated that the website was quite misleading, he would check on this matter, and send us a bigger pillow. My son received a second call from a different representative stating that the travel pillow only comes in one size and they would not be sending a new pillow after all. Now we have a pillow that cost my son $50.00 and is suitable for a baby doll. Please assist in making this right. Thank you.
Bed not holding its shape...
Your response...make another sale...buy replacement parts...not a big problem. Our response...the bed is only 2.5 years old...the materials that make up the bed are already loosing their shape and breaking down...it is a big problem.

Worst bed I have ever slept in. But after over three hours of being bullyed into buying the thing. Even after me asking to give me a couple of days to check my finances to make sure I could afford the thing. O do not sleep any better then I did in my old bed. Wish I had it back. Not happy, very frustrated actually, bought the highest quality model, showed body impressions within 2 weeks, and we are not overweight! I sent many photos to FloBeds but the depressions could not be explained. Also, be aware of FloBeds return charges, even if the bed is defective, plus additional UPS charges for pick up, unless you want to haul it in yourself!
