Limited Warranty
UNDER STRUCTURE
FloBeds warrants FloBeds Adjustable Beds for a period of twenty
(20) years from the date of purchase, they shall repair or replace, at their
option, any defect in workmanship or material to the metal frame assembly, bases
box and plywood platform sections excluding labor & transportation charges
after the first year. Subject to the terms and conditions in Paragraph A.
FULL ONE YEAR WARRANTY
This FloBeds Adjustable Bed is warranted against defects
in workmanship or materials for a period of one year from the date of purchase
by the Purchaser. Upon notice during the first year after the date of purchase,
FloBeds will repair or replace at no cost to the Purchaser any defective
FloBeds Adjustable Bed part. FloBeds will pay all authorized labor
and transportation costs associated with the repair or replacement of any parts
found to be defective. Subject to the terms and conditions in Paragraph A.

LIMITED FIVE YEAR WARRANTY
During the second through the fifth years from the date of the purchase by the
Purchaser, upon receipt of notice,
FloBeds will make any necessary repairs
or replace, at their option, the
FloBeds Adjustable Bed parts
found to be defective. Purchaser shall pay all service and transportation costs
related to the repair or replacement of the defective part.

terms and conditions in Paragraph A.
LIMITED 15 YEAR WARRANTY
During the sixth through fifteenth years from the date of the purchase by the
Purchaser,
FloBeds shall repair or replace, at their option, any defective
FloBeds Adjustable Bed part, with a charge to the purchaser of
1/180 of the current price of a like item at the time of adjustment, multiplied
by the total number of months owned from the date of purchase. Purchaser shall
pay all service and transportation costs related to the repair or replacement
of the defective part.
After the fifteenth year, Purchaser shall bear the entire cost of repair and
replacement of all parts and materials, including labor and transportation.
Subject to the terms and conditions in Paragraph" A".
The above warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product
hereunder. The warranty shall not apply if the base unit has been subjected
to abuse, misuse or damage through accident or neglect, or that has been damaged
in transit or handling, or have been altered or repaired by unauthorized representatives.
PARAGRAPH A
This warranty does not cover the mattress, foundation cover, or other items
supplied by dealers. Contact your dealer for warranty information on these items.
This warranty does not include costs for unnecessary service calls, including
costs for in-home service calls solely for the purpose of educating the consumer
about the
FloBeds Adjustable Bed or finding unsatisfactory power
connection.
The decision to repair or to replace defective parts under this warranty shall
be made or cause to be made, by
FloBeds at its option and in its sole
discretion.
The term of this warranty begins on the date the product is delivered to the
consumer, and continues for the warranty period.
ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THIS PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED IN DURATION
THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
FloBeds is not liable for incidental or consequential damage occasioned
by any breach of this warranty or of any other warranty or guaranty, expressed
or Implied extended to the purchaser.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long warranties last or the exclusions
for limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations
may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you
may have other rights which vary from state to state.
