In our Latex and Memory Foam mattresses we use 100% Latex cores designed to support the person sleeping above. Since most couples have different weights and different spinal support needs, the FloCare Latex Mattress customizes each half of the bed. Each sleeper has two or three cores. We offer a 90 Nite Firmness Guarantee in addition to our 90 Nite Money Back Guarantee. If you find you need a firmer or softer core, we will UPS one to you. You put in the new core, and UPS the old one back. We pay the freight from us to you and ask you to pay the return cost ($15 to $20 to UPS back) in the continental USA. In our Air Sleep Systems it is the air cells that provide the proper alignment of the back. With a touch of the button one can change the firmness on either side. The air cell provides easier adjustment, but not quite as conforming or long lasting as a latex core.
